I am looking for volunteers to help out for this year’s Yard Sale / Bake Sale!!! This is a super-fun event — you won’t want to miss it!!!

I will need workers for the following shifts:

Friday Afternoon, September 7th — I will need two volunteers to be available at the church to accept donations from the hours of 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Please let me know if you are available to hangout at the church during this timeframe. There will be two shifts: 3 – 5:00 PM and 5 – 7:00 PM

Saturday Morning, September 8th.

I will need four people to work each of the following shifts:

7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (4 people needed) 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (4 people needed) 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (4 people needed) If you are willing to work more than one shift, that would be great! If you can only stay for one hour, that’s great, too! Please email me ASAP to let me know which shift you can work. The Annual Yard Sale is one of Witness Committee’s big events. We usually pull in close to $1,000 every year. If you have donations to drop off, please bring them to the church on Friday afternoon (see schedule above). ALSO! We need donations for our Bake Sale! Terry Holmes has graciously agreed to coordinate the Bake Sale. Please consider baking a cake, a pie, brownies, cookies, etc. and drop them off in the Fellowship Hall prior to Saturday, September 8th. You can also drop off your donations Saturday morning, but please remember that the Yard Sale / Bake Sale starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM. The Witness Committee truly appreciates your time and effort in making this event successful. Sincerely, Arlene (Co-Chair, Witness Committee)

P.S. The Boy Scouts will be holding their Pancake Breakfast on Saturday morning, September 8th, and ALL YARD SALE VOLUNTEERS GET A COUPON FOR A FREE PANCAKE BREAKFAST!
